Where are classes offered?Currently classes are available throughout the year in the following locations: Detroit, MI *Dallas,TX *Houston, TX *Chicago, IL *Minneapolis, MN *These cities have limited training dates, contact us for more information on scheduling.

What are your lashes made out of?All of our lashes are synthetic mink.

What is the difference between all of the lashes?The difference in all of the lashes is the thickness. Classic lashes are 0.15 and above, while volume lashes are 0.12 and under.

How can I track my package?Once your order ships you will recieve an email with tracking details and a tracking number. The carrier will have the most up to date information on your package.

Can I make changes to my recently placed order?Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we are unable to make any changes due to our shipping department fulfilling all orders as soon as they are received.

My certificate was damaged/ spelled wrong.Please contact your Educator directly and we will supply the correct spelling if incorrect, or replace your certificate if it is damaged.
